At MRCUSTOM, many of our products are made to order and personalized.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
